Management and Leasing Services

• Our Management Fee for single family homes is 10% of gross rental income or $100 per month whichever is greater. 
• Our Leasing Commission is one full months rent.
• Advertising/Marketing Fee is $200 per vacancy.

That's it. We don't charge renewal fees or other similar junk fees!

No management fees are charged during vacancy.
